We are soliciting ideas for discussion, project descriptions or general suggestions in advance of the workshop.  These should be no more than one-page and be relevant to the overall objectives of the workshop.  All submissions received will be posted here and made available to the moderators as they plan their sessions and will also be distributed at the workshop on Friday Sep 9.  Please send any contributions, stating the targeted working group, to David Alexander.
